Free UK Delivery on all UK orders over £30
A Standard Delivery of £3 on all orders under £30

All items will be sent 2nd class with Royal Mail.  If you require your item urgently, please contact us to discuss other delivery options. Please note there may be an additional charge involved for this service. 


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on personalised products, unless the item is faulty or damaged when it is received. 

You must contact us within 10 working days if the item you have received is faulty or damaged. 

All items will be photographed prior to and after packaging. 

Faulty/damaged items can be returned at your own expense within 30 days of delivery. 

Please ensure returned goods are packaged well and in the same condition as we have sent them to you in.  Once they have been received and checked, we will discuss a refund.
